Iconic Disney Snacks and Where to Find Them

Iconic Disney snacks are an essential part of a Disney World vacation. The most popular, the one we hear about all the time is the Dole Whip. If you have never been to Disney World before, this is a must eat treat. During our Disney vacation we made sure to try the Dole Whip. I actually preferred the Dole Whip swirled with vanilla soft-serve. It cut down on the sweetness. Because Dole Whip is really sweet.

In this post I have provided a list of where to find the most iconic snacks in the Disney parks. On my list is: Dole Whip, Turkey Leg, Mickey Bar, Churro, Mickey Pretzel, Caramel Apple, Popcorn, Rice Krispie Treat, and the Citrus Swirl. I have provided a checklist of these iconic Disney snacks, a free printable to help while your in the park. In order to make it easier to keep track of what snack have been tried.

Iconic Disney Snacks

All theme parks have ice cream/treat carts spread throughout the parks. Not all have every iconic snack. It differs from cart to cart. The treat carts usually have popcorn, pretzels, churros, or mickey bars. As well as, one cart that serves turkey legs in the Magic Kingdom. My list doesn’t include all the ice cream/ treat carts. I have listed more specific locations to find these iconic treats.

The Magic Kingdom

Mickey Pretzel – This is a very enjoyable snack especially when you want something savory not sweet. Mickey Pretzels are one of the easiest snacks to find throughout any of the four Disney World parks. If you are in Fantasyland head over to Storybook Circus Snacks to get this treat. In Tomorrowland The Lunching Pad has Mickey Pretzels. As well as, the Liberty Square Market, located in Liberty Square and Frontierland Churro Cart.

Mickey Bar – This wonderful ice cream treat can be found at Maurice’s Amazing Popping Machine and Storybook Circus Snacks. Both are located in Fantasyland.

Dole Whip – One of the most iconic snacks, the Dole Whip is limited to where it can be found. Find this pineapple soft-serve at Aloha Isle. Located in Adventureland next to the Enchanted Tiki Room. Lines get long for this treat, so make sure to use mobile order.

Turkey Leg – The Turkey Leg is easiest to find in the Magic Kingdom. That is to say, there are at least four places to find this savory treat. The Liberty Square Market serves it after 11:00am. As well as, Prince Eric’s Village Market (Fantasyland), Tortuga Tavern (Adventureland) and the Turkey Leg Cart (Frontierland).

Popcorn – Find popcorn in these locations, Maurice’s Amazing Popping Machine (Fantasyland), Storybook Circus Snacks (Fantasyland), and Prairie Outpost & Supply (Frontierland).

Rice Krispie Treat and Caramel Apple

These treats have a variety of options to choose from. Rice Krispie treats can be found plain, covered in chocolate, and flavored as a peanut butter rice krispie to name a few. Caramel apples are beautiful to look at. During the holidays you can find specially decorated caramel apples. Find them at, Main Street Confectionery (Main Street U.S.A.), Big Top Treats (Fantasyland),  Prairie Outpost & Supply next to Pecos Bill Cafe and across from riverside near Splash Mountain.

Churro – Churros are a yummy treat coated with cinnamon sugar and served with a chocolate sauce. Find it at Storybook Circus Snacks (Fantasyland). In Tomorrowland get a churro at the Lunching Pad and Cool Ship Cooling Station. Mini Churros are at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. Also in Frontierland is the Frontierland Churro Cart.

Citrus Swirl – The Citrus Swirl is frozen orange juice swirled with vanilla soft-serve. This is found not too far away from the classic Dole Whip at Aloha Isle. Get this treat at Sunshine Tree Terrace.

Hollywood Studios

Mickey Pretzel– The Mickey Pretzel is found in many locations in Hollywood Studios. If you are in Pixar Place find pretzels at, Hey Howdy Hey Take Away, The Market, and Neighborhood Bakery. Also, Hollywood Boulevard has pretzels at Studios Popcorn. If you are at the park entrance get it at Ice Cold Snack Stand. In Addition, Sunset Boulevard has several locations, Pretzel Palooza, Anaheim Produce, and Hollywood Hills Theater.

Mickey Bar – Find this delicious treat in Echo Lake at Peevy’s Polar Pipeline and Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction. Also, Sunset Boulevard has two locations to get this treat, Hollywood Hills Theater and Pretzel Palooza.

Popcorn – Find popcorn in Hollywood Boulevard at Studios Popcorn. As well as, Hey Howdy Hey Take Away and Neighborhood Bakery in Pixar Place. In addition, popcorn can be found at Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood Hills Theater and Beverly Sunset Shop.

Rice Krispie Treat and Caramel Apple – Found at the same location in Sunset Boulevard at Beverly Sunset Shop.

Churro – Sunset Boulevard is where the majority of churros can be found. The locations are, Pretzel Palooza, Anaheim Produce, and Hollywood Hills Theater. Also, Pixar Place has churros at The Market.

Mickey Pretzel– At American Adventure find the Mickey Pretzel at Fife and Drum Tavern and Block & Hans. Also, Mickey Pretzels are at Epcot Experience Snacks in Future World East.

Mickey Bar – Also found at Epcot Experience Snacks (Future World East).

Dole Whip – Dole Whip can be found in Epcot. It’s great to know that Dole Whip is not only in the Magic Kingdom. Find it at Promenade Refreshments (Showcase Plaza).

Popcorn – Try some really good popcorn flavors in Epcot at Epcot Experience Snacks. The flavors are cheddar cheese, buffalo bleu cheese or sour cream and chive. Also, popcorn is at Fife and Drum Tavern (American Adventure) and Karamell-kuche (Germany Pavilion).

Turkey Leg – Also at Fife and Drum Tavern (American Adventure).

Rice Krispie Treat and Caramel Apple – Once again, caramel apples and Rice Krispie treats are found at the same location at Karamell-Kuche (Germany Pavilion).

Animal Kingdom

Mickey Pretzel – There are plenty of locations to get your Mickey Pretzel fix in at the Animal Kingdom. The Mickey Pretzel is located at, the Harambe Fruit Market (Africa), Warung Outpost (Asia), Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks (Asia), Dino Bites (Dinoland USA), Isle of Java (Discovery Island), and Eight Spoons Cafe (Discovery Island).

Mickey Bar –  Tamu Tamu Refeshments (Africa), Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks (Asia), and Isle of Java (Discovery Island).

Dole WhipTamu Tamu Refeshments in Africa has more than Mickey bars it also has one of the most iconic Disney snacks, the Dole Whip.

Popcorn – Popcorn can be found in Africa at two locations, Mahindi and Zuri’s Sweet Shop. In addition, it’s also found at Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks (Asia) and Feeding Ground (Discovery Island).

Turkey Leg – Find the turkey leg in Asia at Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes and Quality Beverages.

Rice Krispie Treat and Caramel Apple – Many yummy treats are found in Zuri’s Sweets Shop (Africa). Including the delicious caramel apple and rice krispie treat.

Churro – This delicious cinnamon sugar covered treat is served at Dino Diner (Dinoland USA) and Nomad Lounge (Discovery Island).
