What are the best restaurants in Magic Kingdom? With so many options, how do you decide where to eat. Disney World fans have their favorites. Therefore, I decided to ask Disney fans, what is the best restaurant in the Magic Kingdom? I tallied the votes. So, here are the top 5 restaurants in the Magic Kingdom.

5.) Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd Skipper Canteen

The number five pick for best restaurants in the Magic Kingdom is the Skipper Canteen. Located in Adventureland next to Sunshine Tree Terrace. Skipper Canteen has unique dishes. A fusion of flavors from Africa, Asia, and South America. Menu items include, Hardy Har Char Siu Pork, Sustainable Fish, Falls Family Falafel, and Dr. Falls Signature Grilled Steak. Just to name a few.

Skipper Canteen is a hidden gem. Normally, its easy to find available reservations. Moreover, the reviews for the restaurant are good. Great food, great atmosphere, and fun service. Additionally, Skipper Canteen’s interior decor is very fun and themed well to it’s location in Adventureland. Adventurous eaters are wanted here. Therefore, if you have some picky eaters in your group, it might not be the place to go. However, if you are a fan of delicious food, this is a must.

4.) The Plaza Restaurant

The next spot goes to The Plaza Restaurant. Located on Main Street USA. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served here. The Plaza Restaurant serves American food. The menu includes things like, sandwiches, hamburgers, meatloaf, and their famous loaded fries. Also, the restaurant has some delicious ice cream sundaes. Moreover, if you don’t feel like eating a meal here, it’s a great place to have dessert.

The decor is of early 20th century style. Part of the restaurant has lots of windows, like a greenhouse. Also, this is another restaurant with a not too hard to get reservation. There is also seating available outside. Therefore, when fireworks are a thing again, it’s a good place to eat and watch the fireworks.

3.) Be Our Guest

The number three spot goes to Be Our Guest. Located in Fantasyland. Ever since it opened it is a hard reservation to book. Moreover, the only way to see inside the Beast castle is to make a reservation. Also, it’s the only place guests can meet the Beast. But only during the dinner service.

Many Disney fans feel this is a must during their vacation. The food has gotten a mix review. Click here to read our review. However, Be Our Guest has seen a number of changes to the menu over the years. The restaurant is French inspired cuisine. It use to be that breakfast and lunch were counter service and dinner was table service. However, lunch and dinner are now table service and is a prix fixe 3 course meal. Currently, it costs $62 for adults and $37 for children. So, you will have to decide if it’s worth the price.

2.) Crystal Palace

Coming in at number two is Crystal Palace and located on Main Street USA. This is a buffet style restaurant and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, you get to meet Winnie the Pooh characters. Moreover, if you want to get into the park before it opens, make a reservation here for breakfast.

Crystal Palace is standard american food. I haven’t tried lunch or dinner but I did enjoy our experience at breakfast time. Breakfast includes, scrambled eggs, mickey waffles, potatoes, smoked fish, sausage, and bacon. All the basics needed for a good breakfast. Even though buffets are expensive, I really enjoy them with my kids. I like that my kids can pick from a variety of food. If they don’t like something, they can go and pick something else.

The character interaction was great at Crystal Palace. Also, the Pooh characters came around twice. We took plenty of pictures. I can see why this is a fan favorite at the Magic Kingdom.

1.) Liberty Tree Tavern

Liberty Tree Tavern is the number one rated best restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. Located in Liberty Square next to The Diamond Horseshoe. The restaurant is family style. This means that the food is all you care to enjoy and brought to your table. Essentially, its like a buffet except the server brings you the food.

Liberty Tree Tavern serves thanksgiving dinner year round. So, if you find yourself there in June and feel the need for turkey and stuffing, this is the place for you. In addition, the Oooey Goey Toffee Cake is a must.
