Monthly Report for April includes a week by week of park hours, weather, closed rides. As well as, Epcot’s International Festival at Walt Disney World. Park hours could change. Therefore, make sure to check the my experience app before heading into the park. Getting to the park at rope drop is vital if you want to get as much done as possible.

Park Hours

April 4 – 24

  • Magic Kingdom – 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom – 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Epcot – 11 am to 11 pm
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios – 9 am to 8 pm

April 25 – 30

  • Magic Kingdom – 9 am to 6 pm
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom – 9 am to 5 pm
  • Epcot – 11 am to 7 pm
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios – 10 am to 7 pm

Closed Attractions

Kali River Rapids was closed for refurbishment. However, it opened back up in April. The PeopleMover was set to reopen in April. However, the reopening date was pushed back. In Epcot, Turtle Talk with Crush is still unavailable. Attractions closed for refurbishment are, Walt Disney World Railroad and The Hall of Presidents in Magic Kingdom. Monsters, Inc. Laughing Floor, and Enchanted Tales with Belle have remained closed since the park reopened in July 2020.

In Disney’s Animal Kingdom shows are still closed. However, Disney has announced that Festival of the Lion King will reopen this summer.

April 18 – 24

April 25 – 30

Flower and Garden Festival

Epcot’s International Flower and Garden goes through until July. Enjoy walking around to see the beautiful topiary displays and eat at the outdoor kitchens. Also, the Flower and Garden has a scavenger hunt with a prize. Read more on my Flower and Garden Festival post. It also includes a free printable.
